Business Development/Employment Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST with a strong background in vocational services for our Meridian, ID location.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing both existing job opportunities with area employers in addition to developing new employment opportunities within the community.
  • Developing and cultivating long term relationships with area employers in order to identify appropriate employment opportunities for clients.
  • Take the lead role in the development of proposals and presentations.
  • Determining specific employment opportunities appropriate to clients and assisting clients in accessing these opportunities by guiding them through the application and hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with the US job search process and the ability to effectively coach clients through the process of securing employment i.e. Job Search Assistance/ Job Site Development.
  • Sales & Marketing background & or Public Relations & the ability to communicate on ALL levels of a Hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. Bilingual ability would be helpful in any of the world languages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle with current insurance, and the ability to travel regularly throughout the service delivery area preferred.

Program Coordinator

Seeking a hands on, dynamic and dedicated professional that is seeking long term career growth with a company with proven dedication to our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the protection of participants, which includes sufficient numbers of trained staff, and developmental and functional services and support are provided.
  • Planning and implementing all operational facets of caseload when needed.
  • Review data and progress of all participants in caseload and revising programs based on individual needs.
  • Training of staff

Requirements:

  • Experience working w/ individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience with assessments, evaluation, creation and oversight of program plans.
  • Time management skills
  • Scheduling experience
  • Social service degree (social work, psychology special education, or related field.)
  • 1 Year experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Time management/organization skills.
  • Desire for growth and self-motivation.

Field Assistant

Currently, we are seeking a Field Assistant with experience as a direct care staff to provide supervision, training and support to staff and those we serve. We have openings in Twin Falls and our Meridian, ID locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide scheduling support for staff that call out or unable to come to shift.
  • Provide participant specific training to staff and ensure that job performance expectations are communicated and supported by mentoring and modeling.
  • Ensure that all participants homes are safe, clean and maintained.
  • Maintain medication standards by staff.
  • Provide continuous communication to professional/support staff regarding information related to caseload.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, preferably in a rehab program.
  • Organized with strong time management skills.
  • Computer skills in addition to Word/Excel.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of six months’ supervisory experience.

We have openings for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Meridian, Twin Falls, Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, ID. We are offering a $1000 SIGN ON BONUS!
